I am Frank Bays and I have read your posting with much interest. I have some info on Eleanor Bayes, Thomas Bayes, Nancy McMillen., Anna McMillen, John Bayes and James Bayes. It maybe of some helpand you are welcome to anything I have. You can contact me at bhf10212@vvm.com.
I am also looking for information about the Bays (Bayes) ancestry. I can account for my self and back thru my father, And grandfather--From there it is pure conjecture. My father was Bernard Oscar Bays aka Ossie Evahn Bays, his father was Charles Anderson Bays. (1854, Chrisney Spencer Indiana) Su;popsedly, according to my family records, my ggfather was John C. Bayes--but there is nothing available to support that--no relatives other than Charles Anderson Bayes(Bays) and that is ablut all. I am looking for anything that will suppor the fact that HE IS my ggfather. Anything will help
