I am looking for information on my G-G-G-grandfather Baron Bayard. supposedly he came from a long line of Bayards, one of which was an Earl in France (?). Tradition has it that every first born son in each generation was named Baron. He had a daughter, my g-g-grandmother, named Josephine Bayard. They lived in Louisiana. Any help would be appreciated.
