I found out this afternoon that Van Randall Baxter is an incorrect name. Name should be CHARLES VAN BAXTER. Charles Van was born 1924/25 in GA and died in 1974 in GA. He was the son of George W. Baxter. Charles Van's wife was Anne Ruth Morris (not Carter). After Charles Van Baxter's death Anne married a Carter.

Any info on the BAXTER family appreciated.
