Hello again.
Thanks for that information. It's great and gives me something to work on now. I have only recently discovered a Baverstock link so I haven't very much information.
I know that William Baverstock, husband to Florence Ellen Weeks was born 1841 in Wantage, Berkshire and was a Civil Servant working in the National Debt Office. In 1901 the family were living in Hastings but in 1881 William was married to Julia Louisa Hooper and they were living in Kent. No children.
There were 2 brothers to William - Richmond born 1838 Wantage. In 1901 he was a retired Customs Clerk married to Clara Mary Nops and living in Paddington, London. Nothing on 1881 census.
I have found Charles born 1842 Wantage but no further details yet.
Do any of these names ring any bells at all?
I haven't, as yet, found the brothers parents. Any ideas?
