Searching for a WANDA BAUMGARDNER...(her maiden name). She was possibly born about 1953. In the mid to late 1980s, she was in North Carolina. She was married to a man named MARC; Wanda's married name is unknown at this time. They had two children that they put up for adoption. Her children are searching for their parents.
