Peter Newhard, 2nd son of Michael, the emigrant, was born Nov 15, 1743, and died Sept 16, 1813. He was a gunsmith and during the Rev. his services were in great demand for the making of guns. He was a Member of the Egypt Reformed Ch, where he is buried. He married first, Magdalena Kohler, who died in 1777, leaving 3 children, Catharine Elisabeth, born 1768, Mary Barbara, 1776, Elisabeth, born 1777. He married 2nd to Catharine Miller, born Oct 6, 1758, died June 23, 1842, and she is buried at Indianland. They had 6 children; Maria Margaret, born Sept 2, 1779, married May 17, 1796, to JOhn Dieter Bauman, born 1772 died 1853, and had 8 sons and 4 daughters, one of whom, Hon. Denis Bauman, of Allentown, born in 1819, and he was still living in 1914

Jost Dreisbach, son of Simon, the emigrant, was born Nov 21, 1721, and died Oct 17, 1794. He married Elisabeth Rachenberger and had children; Catharine, born March 5, 1754, married Henry Bauman; Elisabeth, born 1755; John J., 1757; Simon, 1760; Adam, 1762, Jost, 1764-1854 married Margaret Solt, 1762-1842.
