According to an old family genealogy, Daniel George Baumann III (b. 12/28/1740, d. 1814) married an Elizabeth (Mary) Bolch. At some point, Baumann became Bowman. They moved to Lincoln County, N.C. in 1769. They had 9 children, amongst them a John born 1775 and died Han. 28, 1831. Note the Mary Bolch reference is in his will dated 1811. If this could be the same, email me, I have info on descendents to Indiana for seven further generations.
