According to data on Rootsweb, Catherine Bauman, b. 1798 in Union County PA, married my 4-G grandfather, Moses Straub/Stroup in Central Pennsylvania. The data I saw indicates that Catherine was the daughter of Jacob and Ann Wohlgemuth Bauman from Lancaster County PA.

I would like to make contact with any Bauman researchers working on this line or familiar with Catherine and her family.
