May ggrandfather William Bowman changed his last name from Bauman to Bowman. My father is certain of this.

William had farms in Mahoning Co, OH, mostly around Austintown. He married Mary Paynter.

I think they had 5 children:
William, Roy, Edna, Idora, Earl.

Idora Elizabeth Bowman was born in Port Royal,PA 1890. She m. Abraham R. Brandyberry. They had 7 children. My father, John, is the youngest.

Do you have info on these families? I hope to have more on William (dates at least) from the cemetary in Mahoning Co.OH.
