George Bauman, born c.1766 PA?

I have a George Bauman/Bowman who was born c.1766, probably in PA. He married Elizabeth Rausch/Roush in Shenandoah Co. VA in 1786 and soon after they moved to Adams Co. OH. Does anyone know who George's parents might be?
