Looking for information on the family of John Baum Sr. born in Germany, married Elizabeth Geib also born in Germany. They lived in Sullivan Co., New York and had the following children:
Amelia (married a man named Rose)
Julia (married a man named Steiner)
Maragret (married John Hertel)
Otto -no further information
John H. 1856-1923 married a Maus
Valentine 1857-1908 married Christina Weiss (my line)
and there was a half sister, possibly named Lillie who married a man by the surname of Hembdt.
Believe from Valentine's obit that he was born in a place called the Beechwoods in Sullivan County,N.Y.
Would enjoy hearing more about the family and if there are descendants out there!
