Hi Sheri,
Do you think that Jacob and John Baum (perhaps brothers or of the same family) would have married the sisters Mary and Barbara Enzenauer? and had each one a child called Adolph? Or then, there is an error on the first name of Jacob or John, and it would be same which married Barbara initially, then Mary? What do you think about it? Unfortunately, I do not have other information only those which I addressed to you previously.
