Hi Thomas, thanks for your response and information. Yes, perhaps if we can get one or two "between" Baum generations we might be able to come up with a match. My Geibel ancestors resided in Mifflin Co. and Berks Co. PA and perhaps there is a relationship to the Baum family in Mifflin Co. in late 1700's. They are perhaps related to my Baum in Philadelphia give the other location ties. We shall continue the search and may the search lead to other ties. If we can make the tie, then your earlier Baum generation will fill in some blanks in my family. But, without a positive tie, then it is perhaps only wishful thinking.
