The information that Marilyn gave me re: George Baum, b. 1833, Ohio; m. Sarah Ann Fancher, 1861, Holt Co., Missouri; had children: James Oliver, George, William A., Flora, Harriet, Martha, Alvin Carson, and Albert B. (2 sets of twins). George was a brother to Marilyn's g-grandfather, Lucas Baum, and my gggrandfather, Michael Baum.
George is descended from Peter Baum, Jr. born in Pennsylvania; m. Mary Baum (cousin) Picaway Co., Ohio; d. Ohio. George's siblings: 1) Michael Baum, b. 18 Jan 1818 Ohio, m. Margaret O'Neil 30 June 1840 Holt Co., Missouri, d. 16 May 1898 Cumberland, Butler Co., Kansas. 2) Lucas Baum, b. 1824 Ohio. 3) George Baum (info above). 4) Daniel Baum, m. Angeline ?. 5) Jacob Baum, m. Amanda Hardin 1853 Holt Co., Missouri.
That's all I know, and that came from Marilyn. I hope this tidbit helps you in some way. I will look over the rest of the information she sent to me, which was considerable, and let you know if I find more.
