Marilyn,
Magdalene/Martha Baum seems to have a relative named Peter Baum. He may be her brother. Haven't been able to prove it yet.
Do you know which county Peter md. in? Is this a case of cousins marrying?

In 1807 in Gran twp., Ross co.,Ohio (Warthington survey) Jacob Famuliner and wife, Catherine (parents of Jacob Famuliner that md. Nancy Mitchell , daug. of John Mitchell and Magdalene Baum) sold ground to Peter Baum.

Magdalene b. in Pa. Film #0000088 Descendants of Christian Baum and Sarah Stock b. 1791 in Westmoreland co., Pa.

I don't know if this is the correct Baum family or not. A query was put in Ross co., Ohio Families Bicentennial Edition.

Christian Baum b. 20 Feb 1791 in Westmoreland Co., Pa. d. 2 May 1862 in Pickaway co., Ohio md. to Sarah Shook on 3 Sept. 1818 in Pickaway co., Ohio. Looking at dates this man could be a brother to your Mary and or my Martha.

Also there was a Peter Baum b. 1748 in Reading, Berks, Pa. with spouse named Magdalene. Possible parents???
Suzette
