I believe you are looking for Walter Leroy Baughn b. 9 Sep 1927 in Wilson Co, Kansas; d. 28 Sep 1994.
He married (I think) Mary Agnes Klingensmith.
children: Darrell Leroy, Gerald Dean, Donald
Parents:
Roy Cleveland Baughn and Mildred Hobson White.
Brothers James Cecil and Claud Oliver
Sisters: Nettie Belle (Alexander) and Wilma Faye (Coots)

I have much family info going back another 5 or so generations.
