(Since I posted the previous version of this deed, I have viewed the original document and have filled in the missing information.)

Tucker Baughan (Grantee) from S. Duval et ux., 11/1/1824, Henrico County Deed Book 26, Page 402.

This Indenture made this 24th day of Dec. Eighteen hundred twenty Between Stephen Duvall and Lucy his wife of the one part and Littleberry Tucker Baughn of the other part all being of the County of Henrico Va. Witnesseth that the said Stephen Duvall and Lucy his wife for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred and fifty three Dollars to them in hand paid by the said Littleberry T. Baughan the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have this day bargained and sold and by these presents do bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff and confirm unto the said Littleberry T. Baughn, his heirs and assigns forever a certain parcel of land lying in the County of Henrico on the waters of Chickahominy and bounded as follows, Beginning at a corner pine and running thence North forty five Degrees West Ninety six poles to a white oak on John Alley’s line thence with said Alley’s line North Thirty six and a half degrees East fifty three and a half poles to the Richmond Turnpike then down the Turnpike south Eighty one and a half Degrees Eest One hundred and twelve poles thence South one and a half degrees West forty two poles to Red Oak thence South fifty six Degrees West Ninety poles to the beginning Containing by estimation sixty one and a half acres be the more or less together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging and the said Stephen Duvall and Lucy his wife do hereby for themselves, their heirs and assigns relinquish all right and claim to the said parcel of Land and do agree to warrant and defend the said parcel of land against the claims of all persons whosoever unto Littleberry Tucker Baughn, his heirs and assigns forever to their proper use and behoof forever. In Witness Whereof the said Stephen Duvall and Lucy his wife have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals this the day and year above written.
