I also come from John D "Jackie) Baugh and Elizabeth Bruce through their daughter Nancy Ellen Baugh. She married Harrison J. Tippie in Jefferson Co. Ill. They removed to Texas. Nancy Ellen died 25 Jan 1929 in Burnett, Texas; however she is buried in Hamilton Co. TX in Oakwood Cemetery. Their marker just says Grandma and Grandpa Tippie.
After Nancy Ellen is her son William Harrison Tippie, then my grandmother Nancy Annette Tippie Thompson, then my father Curtis Thompson
What I have on the Bruces is that Elizabeth's father was Azariah Bruce and his father was Michael Bruce from Scottland. Do you have any more on the Bruces?
