I am researching a soldier who enlisted in the 26th Arkansas Infantry Regiment during the Civil War. He is:

William B. Baugh Co. F Pvt/Pvt
Enlisted 4 Jun 1862 in Dallas County, Arkansas. Transferred to 9th Texas Field Artillery
Battery. Previously enlisted 25 Jun 1861 at Tulip, Dallas County in Company I, 3rd Arkansas
Infantry Regiment. Granted disability dicharge 2 Oct 1861. Age listed as 25 on 1860 Hot
Springs County Census; occupation, schoolteacher. Born in Tennessee. Died Jan 1867 in
Arkansas. Buried in Hunter's Chapel Cemetery, Dallas County, Arkansas. Widow L. C. Baugh
filed Pension Application (3966) 16 Aug 1901 from Dallas County.

I have no genealogical connection to this man but am writing a book on his regiment. Any help in learning his dates/places of birth, death, and burial would be greatly appreciated.
