According to the commercially available Baugh surname scroll (I just bought) the following are known spellings of the Baugh name in the UK: Bach, Bagh, Baugh, Baughe, Bawgh, Bawghe, DelaBaugh, De Le Baugh, Dillabaugh, Dillabow, Dillibaugh, and Dillibow. (I noted that they missed Baa and Baha.) Of keen interest are all the variations that start with "de la" or the like. From the French this indicates the family was "from the inland bay".
