Deceased Name: William M. Baugh
CARLINVILLE - William Menzel Baugh, 90, of Carlinville died Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2006, at Carlinville Area Hospital.
He was born Feb. 26, 1916, in Chicago, the son of Walter and Josephine Menzel Baugh. He married Irene Anderson in 1950 in Alton.
Mr. Baugh was a graduate of Gillespie High School. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II serving in Europe. He worked at Prairie Glove Factory in Carlinville as a maintenance engineer for many years, retiring in 1978.
Survivors: wife, Irene; three nieces; several great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews, great-great-great-nieces and great-great-great-nephews.
Services: 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Heinz Funeral Home, Carlinville, Randy Hull officiating. Burial: Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Carlinville.
