Hi all. Here is what I know. Frank was born May 9, 1868 and died May 4, 1940. He lived in the Jackson, MO. area from ca. 1880's until 1915 or so. He was married twice. First to Estelle Russel, then to my grandmother Eululia Tooke. Both women were from the Cape Girardeau/Jackson area.
He had 3 children with Estelle: Clyde, Myrtle, Zelma
He had 8 children with Eululia: Dual, Delia, Thora, Thelma, Harry, Oscar, and Warren.
He had a brother I believe who lived in Okmulgee, OK, named O.T.
I would appreciate any help you can give me on his parents.
