Glad you could use this information. It is always exciting to find new information about your family.
I am from the Alabama Baughs from Clarke County through Elijah Sidney Baugh. His father was James Baugh (one of many, many!) who was born in Virginia about 1810. Can't make a definite connection there eventhough I have tried for several years, but there are several interesting leads.
The Samuel Joseph Baugh who married in Arkansas and moved to Texas is Elijah Sidney Baugh's brother.
