This information is all in the newsletter, "Sharpe in Virginia," published by thecolonist ( www.thecolonist.com ) in Vol. 1, Nos. 15-19. There was a Baugh family chronology and an article entitled "The Sandy Point Puzzle: Robert Sharpe, John Baugh and Thomas Lyne." The article was heavily footnoted. It answered the posted questions.

I do not have time at present to look for this and I am hesitant to post that copyrighted work or any aspect of it reflecting the work product of the author.

It would appear from "Sharpe in Virginia" that the deed you mention is unrelated to the Lyne release, though both are by Robert Sharpe. The deed is related to the Walthall description and several others in that area.
