I am searching for any records on William Henry Baugh, my Gr.Greatgrandfathr. He was born October 25, 1854 in Troy, Lincoln, Missouri, died March 20, 1925 in Colorado. He married Gertrude Freemeyer b. Dec. 1, 1863 in Calhoun Co., Il. They was married June 25, 1884 in Calhoun County. We cannot find anything else about him because the courthouse burned along with all records. Storied handed down is that he left Missouri because of a plague therefore never told anyone about his pass. My grandfather did tell me he remembered going to Lincoln Co. with his father but he was only 5-6 yrs old at the time. W.H. Baugh was a very prosperious landowner in Calhoun County near Mozier, Illinois. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
