Bauer, Gottlieb; Gonzales/Nixon, TX

I am searching for info on Gottlieb Bauer and his family, who lived in Gonzales, Tx. I believe he had a son named Wilhem (or Gottlieb) who married a lady (Bertha?). They had children: Wilhem, Louis, Charles, Minnie, Annie, and Mary Bertha. Mary Bertha married Cornelius Stead (my grandfather) in San Antonio.

They settled in Gonzales/Nixon area in 1850-1860's. They were cotton farmers. Lutherans.
