Dear Carol: Sorry for the delay. Since last writing I have been able to document and walk on the lands where Hans Bauer and his sons once resided. I have not yet documented the houses and farm buildings but have picked up stones from his fields, stones which now sit on my desk. One of Hans granddaughters married my ggggrandfather, the Rev. John Boyer, pastor of the Bally (PA) Mennonite Church. We found John Boyer's homestead after worshipping at the church on Sunday morning. I would be glad to receive your pictures. I will continue my search of the local sources. I still have no earlier information than that included in Descendants of Hans Bauer (Trail of the Pioneers). Keep in touch. Harry
