John Bauer & Anna Shovelbarker, WI & NE

Looking for information on John Bauerb 1836 in NY and moved to Wisconsin approx 1854. Married Anna Shovelbarker, b 1840 in Switzerland, moved to Dane Co. Wi 1844. In 1870's the family moved to Dodge Co. Nebraska. They are my Great-Grandparents.
Any additional genealogical infomation would be greatly appreciated.
