During the 1940's my uncle Robert Francis Bauer lived in Appleton Wisconsin with his wife Maxine Hardin Bauer. He was with the Boy Scouts of America in some capacity.....the interesting thing is that my Father, Louis Arthur Bauer married Helen May Forbes. The combination of your Forbes Name and the Bauer questions are interesting. Where are your Forbes relatives from....mine are from Illinois.
