I am trying to find information on a lady who was married to a Bauer, probably in Pennsylvania, around 1830 or so. He must have died, because she then married a Methodist minister, Washington Herndon Denison. In 1838, she gave birth to Joseph Mercurius Denison in Pennsylvania. This family later moved to Arkansas. Other children of Washington H. and ?? Bauer Denison were:
Hannah
George
Sallie/Sarah.
Can anyone tell me anything about the Bauer family into which she might have married and who she might have been?
