Hi all! I'm looking for information on a Theresa (Tressie) Bauer. She was born, ca 1830; d. 1898 in Iowa. She married Anthony Gasser, b. 1810, Switzerland; d. 11/5/1885, Iowa. In 1870 Theresa and Anthony were in Ottumwa, Iowa.
Anthony and Theresa Bauer Gasser had 9 children: Matthew, Martin, Katherine, Anthony Jr., John, Mathilda, Fred, Agnes, and Joseph, between 1851 and 1871.
I am trying to determine if I am descended from one of the above male children, so any information about the descendants of Anthony and Theresa would be greatly appreciated! I would also like to know more about Theresa's origins.
