Bauer's from Black Forest/Baeden Germany

Looking for any information on Jacob Bauer born June 1, 1844 or 1847 who came from the Black Forest area, may be Baeden. 8 children in the family, 3 boys and 5 girls. Two boys were killed in the Austria war of 1865. Father sent Jacob to America in 1866 to live with an uncle in Indiana near Warbash River. Family may be from Wickenburg Germany also. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I do not have any names of sisters, brothers or parents.
