I am looking for the parents of my ggrandfather, William C. Bauer (b. 1863). In the 1870 census he is listed with a father named Charles, aged 35, mother Susan, aged 32 and siblings Sarah, 10, Irwin, 9, Elizabeth, 5, and Alfred, 3.
His 1924 obituary mentions a sister Mary (married name Reichard) as a survivor. William married Mary M. Kidd and is buried in Bath, PA. Both Irwin Bauer and Mary Bauer Reichard were living in Catasaqua, PA in 1924. Any information on this line is appreciated.
