Claude is son of: Alex Strowe Baty, b. Sep 1858 in OR, parents from MO, m.Sarah Smith? b. MO, parents from KY;
Alex is son of: Andrew Jackson(Jack)Baty/Beaty, b. 1818(?) in MO, m.Mary Polly Young?, also born in MO
The Baty's moved by wagon to Oregon in 1845.
Who were the parents of Andrew Jackson Beaty? Some records indicate this line originated in PA. Online sites also seem to link to TN.
Any help in confirming or expanding this line will be appreciated.
