I'm from Tampa, Fl currently residing in Houston, TX. My Grandfather is the late Hiram Battle of Alexander City, AL and there were 5 other siblings that I know of. 3 sisters, Sallie E., Addie B., and Willie Lan and 2 brothers William and Buster (most likely a nick name). His mother was Lora (Tera) Battle and Father was Bill Battle from Ga. My grandfather didn't keep in contact with his siblings so My knowledge of them is minimal. I do know that his Mother was caucasian and all the kids could pass for caucasian except for My grandfather and his brother Buster. Recently I found out that Sallie E. resided in Atlanta until here passing about 6 years ago, and My Aunt has told Me that all of the kids relocated back to Ga. but My grandfather came to Fl. My great grandmother Lora (Tera) also had other kids before My grandfather and his siblings, but they weren't Battle's and are full caucasian.
