Agreeably to the last will and testament of Isaac Battle deceased will be sold at the courthouse in Warrenton, on the first Tue. in Dec, next a tract of land known as Hurt place containing 372 acres more or less on the Ogechee, adjoining Thomas Seals and others. Sold fo the benefit of the heirs of said deceased.
