If you are still looking for info on John Battaile, you can
order his will from the Virginia State Library in Richmond, Virginia. In it he lists his children, names his wife (Elizabeth), and inventories a rather inpressive array of property.It was witnessed by Andrew Harrison and John James.

I descended from John's daughter, Elizabeth, who married Andrew Harrison Jr. If you are interested, I have a little more about John Bataille and some on the Harrison family.
