Dear Mr. Bridgeman:

this is a sho tinthe dark, but do you have any informationonthe spouse of James Branham Battle born on 9/2/1828 you refer to in your post?

I received the death certificate for my great grandmother Mary Battle Brantley today.It lists her parents as James B Battle and Jane Cheney, both born in Monroe County. Mary was born Aug 22, 1856, in Monroe County, GA and died Jan 11, 1936 in Macon, GA.

Is it possible that this James B Battle is the James Branham Battle born on 9/2/1828 that you list in your post?
