I am descended from ELIZABETH BATTLE (b.1747, Edgecombe Co., NC) daughter of ELISHA BATTLE (b. January 9, 1725, Edgecombe Co., NC) (d. March 6, 1799, Edgecombe Co. NC. He was the son of WILLIAM BATTLE (b. 1682, Pasquotank River, NC)(d. 1749, Nansemond River, VA) and his wife, SARAH HUNTER (1684-1769). WILLILAM is supposed to be the son of JOHN BATTLE and his wife, ELIZABETH.

Is my line related to yours?
