I need birth/death info on James William Battle born March 1, 1822, in Montgomery County,Texas and two children of his from his second marriage: Irene Florence Battle Bourne (b. Feb. 3, 1861, Boston, TX) and Stephen Ligon Battle (b. Jan. 4, 1863, Beaumont, TX). James William Battle was a Professor of Classical Languages and, apparently, died in Montgomery, AL, date unknown.
