Marshall Edmondson Battin born Mar. 10, 1836 Chester Co. PA, son of John Edmondson Battin and Lydia. I have his military record. His mother died early and his father married again so he was raisen by his grandparents Eliza and George Battin. His wife was Susan W. Garver.
