BATES: Walton on the Naze, Essex, England

I have researched my family back to the 1770's in Walton on the Naze (previously known as Walton le Soken) and neighbouring Thorpe le Soken in Essex, England. In so doing I have come across a large number of related Bates' in these areas. Interested to know if anyone else has ancestors from this area.
