Looking for information regarding JETHRO BACHELDER who eloped with SARA COUSENS of OTTAWA, ON. to Rouses Point, NY c. 1867, later married in the church at Rougemont QC. Sara Cousens is the daughter of ELIZA COUSENS, daughter of WILLIAM CARDEN St. Cesaire Qc. who is my ggguncle. Any help greatly appreciated!
