The Stephen Bachelor/Batchellar/Bachilar/Batchelder/Bachilor/ book can be obtained free of charge on loan from an interlibary loan dept of most US libraries, or purchased from Higginson Book Company for $93.50....their listed price. I've ordered several genealogy books from Higginson, and in my opinion they seem to be very reliable. Below follows the details from Higginson:

BATCHELDER - Batcheller; desc. of Rev. Stephen Bachilar of Eng., leading non-conformist who settled the town of New Hampton, NH, & Joseph, Henry, Joshua & John Batcheller of Essex Co., MA, by F.C. Pierce. 623p. 1898. $93.50

My line: Nehemiah Batchelder b. 1716 in Wenham, Essex County, MA m. Experience Perham b. Littleton, Dec 12, 1715. They wed on Jun 16, 1736.

My direct line is from their son Nehemiah Batchelder who married Lucy Hayward, daughter of Samuel Hayward and sister of James Hayward, Revolutionary Patriot. The daughter of Nehemiah and Lucy Hayward, Lucy Batchelder, married Daniel Willard, and they named their son Nehemiah Batchelder Willard, my 4th g grandfather.

The lineage of Nehemiah is (Joseph, John, David, Nehemiah, seeking additional information on the earlier line of this Batchelder family.
