Beth ,thanks for the reply to my posted message.Isaac and Ann married before 1835 because their first child, that I know anything about, was born May,1835 in Miss.Eveline V.Basye was her name and she married Newton J.King, Nov.15, 1855,in Hill Co.,Tx.According to research "Ann" was Joannah Adcock a daughter of Henry and Sarah Adcock.Isaac and Ann owned land in Davidson Co.,Tn.in 1843 and in 1848 in Pontotoc Co.,Miss.They sold the land in Miss.in 1848 and came to Tx.None of the Adcockfamily knew where they went to ,so I was told last year, until I contacted someone about a Joannah Adcock Basye that was presumed dead and had died sometime after they sold their land and no one had heard from them since.
Anyway if you want to know more contact me direct because there is too much to type here today.I have the court records, copies, from when her father died and her and Isaac were listed as aires to his estate.I haven't found them or him on the 1840 census either, but I can't view them in some states with the site that I use.
