Looking for info on Henry BASTION. b. 1783 Schenectady, NY, moved with wife Ellenor and children to New Albany IN shortly after 1821. Apparently moved a lot in S. IN. In Franklin Co 1820 (?) and 1830, Jackson Co. 1850 censuses. Children John, Lawrence, Nicholas, Eliza Catherine, Peter Y., Eva E. J. (Eliza), Helen Marie. Helen Marie m. George BURGE in Jackson Co. 1838 and seems to have stayed there. Nicholas was in IL by 1833 but don't know how he got there. Know nothing of what happened to other children except that Eva (Eliza) survived and married. Ellenor died before 1825, when Henry remarried. Remarried again 1838. Don't know if any further children. Looking for any info on this family, especially death dates/places for Henry and Ellenor.
