I have certified copy of his birth record and have him on every census except 1870. He left Shelby County, IN after 1860 census there. If Thankful Ann died about 1855 and her dau. Olive Ellis died about 1855 where are they buried? Have guardianship record on Olive's ch. from Illinois where Lewis Ellis and his ch. moved. Have obit from Shelbyville, Shelby Co. newspaper re his death 16 Oct 1873 in Taney County, MO. Courthouses there burned down several times and no record of Nymphas death there. Was there a probate in IN? While researching in SLC found probate for a Nymphas several years after his death but did not get to that research before leaving. Might look in IN records.
