Look in Bridgewater, Duxbury, Marshfield, MA. John Sprague and Ruth settled in Marshfield. He died in the "swamp fight" in King Philip's War. (reading about the war is interesting too!) She married (2) a Mr. Thomas of Marshfield. Son John Sprague settled in Lebanon, CT.

Reference is "One Bassett Family in America" compiled by Buell Bassette in 1926...on p. 10.,
