Bertha Wicks was born about Dec 1861 in Tywardreath, Cornwall, England to Thomas Henry Wicks and Anna Maria
Soady.
Bertha appears in the 1871 census, age 9.
She appears in the 1901 census age 38, a Widow using the
name Bassett.
I could not find her on the BDM list for England.
So may be using a middle name or nick name.
Who did she marry? when and where? children?
It is said she was still living in 1939.
