I am a Bassett from Canada, second generation born in Canada. My Bassett roots are from Tunbridge Wells, Kent England for many generations. Does this line fall into any of the lines in your study? What is the cost involved in having your DNA tested? I am the last Bassett from this line. My father and his brother had no male heirs to carry on the name. So I would be curious to see where we've come from to document the family history so that it will be preserved. Thank you for your time. Kimberley Cartwright
